A property of dramatic design and beauty, we have tried to honour its unique architectural heritage by professionally designing every inch of the interior.
From the moment you enter the grounds of our beautiful home opposite Portstewart Golf Club we want you to be charmed.
To welcome visitors, we have brought a slice of the magic of the Causeway Coast to our garden with a special feature which showcases some of the iconic hexagonal basalt stones from the nearby Giant’s Causeway.
With the back of the property looking out over the sea, we’ve also created the ultimate al fresco dining area with a large sheltered patio, featuring a 12-seater dining table, outdoor electric sockets and a water tap.
Once inside we hope that you will find everything you need for a truly indulgent holiday.
INSIDE STRAND HEAD
Our beautiful modern furnishings and soothing colour palettes throughout each of our five bedrooms and first floor living accommodation have been designed to allow you and your family to kick back in style and comfort.
While unashamedly luxurious, Strand Head also takes care of all your practical needs.
The dramatic floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom, which capture the stunning coastal vista, have been dressed with drapes which you can open and close at the touch of a button.
Each bedroom has access to a en suite and all rooms come with USB charging points for your tablets and phones.
Our state-of-the art kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to cook up a feast for the family when not dining in one of the many popular local eateries. A highchair and special character plates and cups will keep little ones happy while you eat.
The kitchen opens into a large dining room with a beautiful solid wood 12-seater table.
STUNNING SEA VIEWS
One of the best places to enjoy the stunning sea views is from our sumptuous living room where they are captured in all their glory by large corner floor to ceiling windows.
Opulent velvet sofas and chairs create a relaxing haven after a busy day at the seaside.
With the beach right beside the house, we know that’s where you will be spending a lot of your time, so we’ve even catered for that.
Before entering the main house you can shed your wet beach gear in our special beach changing room accessed via the garage.
A bathroom with double shower allows you to wash off the sand and the drying room is the perfect place to hang your wet clothing before climbing our spiral staircase to the main house.
We’ve even included a portable ramp which is stored in the garage to aid ease of access for prams and wheelchairs.
The garage has also been fitted with bench seating, toys for the kids and two electric charging points for a car.
